Cancellation Policy

Dear Participants, The first registration for KickOff 2025 has helped us determine the number of participants. Now we need a binding confirmation from you. Hotels don't make bookings for such events easy. They expect a registered number of participants to be paid. This means that all booked tickets must be paid to the hotel after the final number of participants has been reported. We now have to do this on January 13th. Therefore, we need a binding payment commitment from you again. Even if you are unable to attend, the amount must still be paid. By initiating this booking, you have entered into a payment agreement.
